Day in the Life
You will assist with route deliveries, loading and unloading, and customer service while preparing to transition into a professional driver role. Your responsibilities include following assigned routes and schedules while managing time safely and efficiently, performing accurate pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections, and using electronic logs and handheld systems to track hours and deliveries. You will also provide courteous, professional service to customers on each route and maintain clean, well-cared-for equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
