About the Role
We are seeking professional drivers for our Lease Purchase program to haul temperature-controlled freight nationwide. This role offers the opportunity to drive modern, well-maintained equipment while enjoying steady miles, competitive pay, and predictable home time. You will be part of a supportive environment that provides strong dispatch support and open communication, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.
In this position, you will represent IWX Motor Freight professionally while managing assigned regional and Over-The-Road (OTR) lanes. The role focuses on safely operating Class A CDL tractor-trailers, maintaining precise temperature controls, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries. You will work closely with shippers, receivers, and our operations team to maintain positive relationships and contribute to our family-oriented culture.
