About the Role
Drive for more than just a paycheck. At QCD, our local CDL drivers are the heartbeat of our supply chain, delivering products with precision, care, and pride. This role offers a stable, high-earning, career-building opportunity designed to get you home daily. As a Class A Delivery Driver based in Roseville, MN, you will operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes with no layovers. Your day will involve handling packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products, requiring touch freight experience. You will navigate overnight driving schedules with dispatch times between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, completing 10-15 stops per day across a 4-day work week (with the possibility of a 5th day). All trailers are equipped with lift gates, eliminating the need for ramps, and you will work within a 24/7 operation that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Relocation Opportunity
We offer a $5,000 lump sum relocation bonus (grossed up) to qualified candidates. This bonus is available with a signed 1-year repayment agreement and is pending approval based on relevant work experience, job tenure, and driving record.
