About the Role
As a CDL-A Trainee, you will embark on a journey to launch a professional driving career with paid, hands-on training led by experienced drivers. This role is designed to transform your potential into expertise, teaching you how to safely operate tractor-trailers on local and regional routes. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, safe driving techniques, and proper freight handling using modern equipment and technology.

You will assist with loading, unloading, and securing freight, while communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Hiring Process
