About the Role

We are seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team at our Kansas City, MO terminal. This position is vital for ensuring the efficient movement of freight across designated local routes. As an Owner/Operator, you will play an essential role in our operations, working directly with dispatch and customers to manage delivery status and maintain high standards of service.

You will operate a commercial truck to transport freight, plan routes to meet strict delivery schedules, and ensure cargo is properly secured. The role requires performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate logs and bills of lading, and ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. We value drivers who can manage time effectively, work independently, and handle freight with professionalism.
