We maintain a low 5-to-1 Driver to Fleet Manager ratio to ensure personalized attention and offer non-forced dispatch, giving drivers control over their routes. Our commitment to driver satisfaction includes 24-hour on-call support, paperless billing for faster payments via POD copies, and direct deposit every Friday. Drivers can choose to bring their own equipment or utilize our available trailer rental and base plate programs.
About the Role
This position focuses on Over-the-Road (OTR) Dry Van line haul operations. The role is designed for drivers who prefer a schedule that allows them to be home every weekend, with an expected 14 to 21 days out on the road. Drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose. A key benefit of this position is that it involves no driver load or unload duties, allowing you to focus on driving. The average weekly mileage ranges between 2,500 and 3,000 miles, with a gross total weekly average pay of $6,000 to $7,000.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must hold a valid Class A license and possess at least two years of tractor-trailer experience. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a referral bonus program for current team members. For those interested in the lease purchase program, we provide a free base plate program and various discounts.
