As a Roll Off with Trailer Driver, you will be the backbone of our waste and recycling operations, safely operating specialized equipment on assigned routes to service customers efficiently. Your primary mission is to collect solid waste and recyclables and deliver them to landfills, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), or transfer stations. This role requires a professional demeanor as you interact with the public and customers daily, ensuring that every load is secure and that all safety standards are strictly maintained.
You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions, navigating tight and high-traffic areas while managing heavy loads up to 80,000 lbs. The position demands a high level of focus and physical capability, as you will spend the majority of your time driving and operating on-board hydraulic systems. Success in this role means maintaining route quality, keeping your vehicle clean, and working closely with supervisors to improve routing efficiencies.
