About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A Team Truck Drivers to haul dedicated refrigerated freight throughout the United States. This role offers a stable, OTR route with consistent weekly mileage, averaging between 3,100 and 3,800 miles. Drivers will primarily handle live load and unload operations using well-maintained equipment.
Benefits & Compensation
Drivers can expect competitive weekly pay, with annual earnings ranging from $95,000 to $104,000+. The position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a safety bonus ranging from $500 to $2,500 annually, and an extra $30 per stop pay. Compensation features a $0.90 CPM rate and guaranteed weekly pay. Monthly home time is provided.
Comprehensive benefits, including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and a 401K, become available after 60 days of employment. All benefits provide nationwide coverage, and enrollment is required within the first 60 days.
