About the Position
Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking experienced Company Drivers for our Refrigerated account based in Kansas City, KS. Teams on this account primarily run routes covering all 48 states, offering a dynamic environment for drivers looking to expand their horizons.

As a Company Driver, you will operate new model equipment and enjoy a competitive compensation structure that includes a $0.70 CPM for all dispatched miles, with a pay increase of $0.005 every six months, capping at $0.75 CPM.
Beyond base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, vacation pay after one year of service, and a monthly safety and performance incentive. Additional perks include stop pay, a driver referral bonus, free SiriusXM, and a pet and passenger policy. We also provide a $800 Driver Orientation Qualification Process Pay to each team driver.
