About the Position
Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking a dedicated Company Driver for our Refrigerated fleet based in Lansing, MI. This role offers a regional route primarily operating across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Drivers on this account enjoy consistent weekly home time and the opportunity to operate new model equipment equipped with 24" Smart TVs.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers on this account enjoy a competitive weekly pay package. New hires may be eligible for an $800 Driver Orientation Qualification Process Pay and a $1,250 Availability Incentive Pay, subject to specific restrictions and availability requirements. This account also offers an annual increase in Availability Incentive Pay.
For those interested in leasing, the company offers a Full Service Maintenance Plan and fuel at $.99/gallon regardless of pump price. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package and vacation pay after one year of service. The position also features a Pet & Passenger Policy.
