As a Specialized contractor, you gain the freedom to choose your home time, loads, and schedule. This role is designed for drivers who want to run their own truck and enjoy the profits of their hard work.
The Specialized fleet boasts a turnover rate of under 30% and is supported by best-in-class staff. Drivers in this program typically stay out 3-4 weeks at a time with 3-4 days of home time, accepting 99% of offered loads to maintain stable, increasing freight availability.
