About the Opportunity
CRST Specialized Solutions is seeking independent contractor teams (Owner Operators) to haul specialty freight across the country. As a Specialized contractor, you maintain full autonomy over your home time, loads, and schedule. This role is designed for drivers who want to run their own truck and enjoy the direct profits of their hard work.
The Specialized fleet distinguishes itself with a turnover rate of under 30% and best-in-class support staff. Drivers in this program operate within the lower 48 states and utilize a driver assist position for loading and unloading freight, ensuring a smoother workflow.
Compensation Philosophy
Our model is built on stability and transparency. We offer ALL MILES PAID with stable freight availability that is currently increasing. Lease expenses are kept low compared to the industry average. Additionally, tolls are 100% paid, and drivers receive a fuel discount of $0.18 per gallon.\n Performance is rewarded: the top 25% of earners typically stay out for 4 weeks with 3-4 days of home time and accept 99% of offered loads, grossing $8,000 to $10,000 per week or more to the truck. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available to the truck, and rates are CPM-based, fluctuating with fuel surcharges.
