As a Specialized contractor, you have the autonomy to choose your home time, loads, and schedule. This role allows you to run your truck and enjoy the profits of your own hard work.
The Specialized fleet is known for its stability, boasting under 30% turnover and best-in-class support staff. Drivers can expect stable miles with freight availability that is consistently increasing. The program includes a "Get Thru Home" initiative, offering bonus home time in short periods.
The Role
In this Team Owner Operator position, you will drive across the lower 48 states. The role includes a driver assist component, where the team is responsible for loading and unloading freight.
Top performers in this program typically stay out for 4 weeks at a time, taking 3-4 days of home time, and accept 99% of offered loads. These drivers represent the top 25% of earners, grossing $8,000 to $10,000 per week or more to the truck.
