CDL A Owner Operator, Regional, Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking Owner Operators to join our dedicated fleet, focusing on regional Dry Van routes. This position offers a lease purchase program for those interested in transitioning to ownership. Drivers can expect a gross average weekly pay between $5,000 and $7,500, paid weekly, along with a paid fuel surcharge. The role involves covering an average of 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week with no driver load or unload responsibilities.

Home Time

This position offers a flexible schedule with an expected time out of 5 to 14 days, though drivers may choose to stay out longer. The schedule is designed to ensure drivers are home at least one weekend per month.

Equipment Standards

To maintain our fleet standards, trucks must be no older than 15 years.

Orientation & Onboarding

We provide a comprehensive paid orientation to ensure a smooth start. During this period, accommodation is covered with drivers assigned their own rooms. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included, and the program covers some or all travel expenses.

Hiring Requirements

Candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate-only operation. Additionally, applicants must have at least 2 years of Tractor Trailer experience.
