About the Role
We are seeking Owner Operators to handle regional Line Haul and LTL freight in Dry Van and Refrigerated trailers. This role offers drivers the autonomy to dispatch themselves while earning 85% of the load value with a trailer. Drivers can expect an average of 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week, with a gross weekly average pay between $7,000 and $9,000. Compensation includes paid fuel surcharges and a free base plate program.
The position is designed for drivers who prefer a schedule that keeps them on the road for 10 to 14 days at a time, with the flexibility to stay out longer if desired. Drivers are guaranteed to be home for at least two weekends per month. A key benefit of this role is that no driver load or unload is required.
Hiring Requirements
To join our team, candidates must hold a Class A license without restrictions for Air Brakes, Night Driving, Semi Trailers, or Intrastate Only operations. Additionally, applicants must possess at least two years of Tractor Trailer experience.
Orientation Details
Please note that orientation is not paid and does not cover accommodation, meals, or travel expenses. However, drivers are provided with their own room during the orientation period.
