About the Role

As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between two distinct paths. With our Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. You will have access to OTR, Regional, or Local routes, ensuring you can find the schedule that fits your lifestyle. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure you need to succeed, including personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners.

Hiring Process

To get started, apply now and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation to familiarize you with our systems and support structure. Before driving under F2F Transport authority, a negative drug test result is required. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection to ensure you remain compliant and on the road.
