IMC Logistics is seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for local lanes that offer consistent freight and the flexibility to return home daily. We provide the support and resources needed to maximize your earnings while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
Our compensation model is designed to reward reliability and performance. Drivers can expect gross settlements ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per week, calculated on an address-to-address delivery basis. We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and a contract service pay increase based on years of service. To reduce operating costs, we provide a fuel purchase program with average savings of 40 cents per gallon or more, competitive truck insurance rates, and a base plate program. Additional benefits include an EFS fuel card with cash advance availability, direct deposit, a rider policy, and a one-week hold-back on pay.
We encourage applications from qualified Owner Operators regardless of whether you have a high school diploma or college degree. We specifically welcome candidates with military experience. While container experience is preferred, the primary focus is on your ability to deliver consistent results.
Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL License and possess at least one year of tractor-trailer experience. To qualify, drivers must have no more than one chargeable or preventable accident in the previous three years and no serious offenses or patterns of unsafe practice in the previous five years.
