The Owner Operator Experience

Our programs are built to support your success with features like earning 80% of linehaul, weekly settlements, and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to handle the logistics for you. Drivers can choose between our Connect Program, which allows you to run your own business without the hassle of booking loads, or our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs with 24/7 support from our operations team.

We now accept dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Additional benefits include virtual orientation, awards for clean roadside inspections, and coverage for your semi-annual DOT inspection. We also offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards and provide general liability and cargo insurance.

How to Apply

To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We are looking for drivers with a valid CDL-A and at least two years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with five or more years of older verified experience may have flexibility regarding non-driving employment in the 12 months prior to joining. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority, and we require no DUI convictions in CMV or non-CMV vehicles within the last five years.
