About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with a future terminal planned for the same location. This position offers the opportunity to service 47 states, excluding California, and encourages avoiding the Northwest during winter months. The role is built on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, though we are actively working to build more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.
You will drive well-maintained, 2020 newer sleeper trucks. The position involves drop-hook and no-touch freight. Drivers generally spend two weeks out on the road. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home. Dispatch is force-based but remains flexible to accommodate needed home time and different schedules, requiring drivers to be super organized and communicative.
Compensation & Benefits
As a Company Driver, we provide the truck at no cost to you, as all equipment is company-owned and maintained. We offer full-time W-2 benefits, including a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental through Principal. Paid time off and holidays are included.
We value fair compensation with low mileage rates and offer $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance on the road. Detention pay is $25 per hour after two hours at a facility. Additionally, drivers receive $50 on top of regular revenue if working on an observed holiday. The maximum weekly earnings potential is $1,000.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following current requirements:
- 3 years of CDL A experience
- Age 25 or older (and under 75 due to insurance reasons)
- Less than one moving violation in the last 2 years on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years
