About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with a strategic vision to expand into a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks, ensuring all equipment is provided at no cost to you. This role is designed to build long-term dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company, though current work is based on customer needs across 47 states.

Day in the Life

Your route will generally span two weeks out, servicing a broad network of customers. While we strive to avoid the Northwest states during winter months and do not service California, your schedule is driven by customer demand. The role involves drop-hook operations with no-touch freight, offering flexibility to accommodate your home time and preferred schedules. If you have secure parking, you may take the equipment home.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive W-2 package with full-time benefits, including a 401(k) with company contribution, Cigna medical coverage, and Principal vision and dental plans. Drivers receive paid time off and holidays off. Additional compensation includes detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at a facility, low mileage rates for fair compensation, and a $200 daily stipend for breakdowns or maintenance on the road. There is a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. If working on an observed holiday, drivers receive an additional $50 on top of regular revenue. We also welcome pet passengers.

Hiring Process

Our dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, prioritizing drivers who are super organized and communicative. To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria: a valid CDL A license with at least three years of experience, be between 25 and 75 years old, and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record with fewer than one moving violation in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no Drug Test failures or CDL violations in the past 15 years.
