About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. As a Company Driver, you will not be responsible for truck costs; all equipment is provided and maintained by the company.
Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we strive to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safety and efficiency. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, we are actively building more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.
Day in the Life
You will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight, ensuring smooth operations from pickup to delivery. The dispatch team is forceful yet flexible, capable of accommodating your home time needs and preferred schedules. We value drivers who are super organized and communicative.
Drivers have the option to take their equipment home if they have secure parking available. To support your well-being, we offer a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance issues encountered on the road. Additionally, we provide detention pay of $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility, along with low mileage rates to ensure fair compensation. If you work on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process
Candidates must meet specific safety and experience criteria, including a minimum of 3 years of CDL A experience and being between the ages of 25 and 75. A clean Motor Vehicle Record is required, with no more than one moving violation in the last two years and no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the past 15 years.
