About the Role
We are seeking experienced Company Drivers to operate our yard in Obetz, OH, with a future terminal expansion planned for the same location. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, ensuring you focus on the road while we handle equipment maintenance.
Your primary route will cover 47 states, excluding California. During winter months, we strive to avoid the Northwest states to ensure safety and efficiency. While the work is currently based on customer needs rather than dedicated lanes, we are actively building dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company. Drivers will handle drop-hook, no-touch freight, with the flexibility to take home equipment if secure parking is available.
Compensation & Benefits
As a full-time W-2 employee, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) with company contribution, medical coverage through Cigna, and vision/dental insurance via Principal. We offer paid time off and holidays off. Additionally, we provide a $200 daily stipend for any breakdowns or maintenance occurring on the road, with a maximum weekly earning potential of $1,000.
We value fair compensation for your time and effort. Detention pay is $25 per hour after the first two hours at a facility. Low mileage rates are added to ensure fair compensation for all miles driven. If you are required to work on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $50 on top of your regular revenue.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet the following criteria: a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience, be between 25 and 75 years old (due to insurance requirements), and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record with less than one moving violation in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no Drug Testing (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
