About the Role
As an Owner Operator with Empire National Inc, you earn 90% of the load gross. We are 100% committed to providing a positive driver experience and focused on offering top rewards. With extensive freight networks, load boards, and steady pay, we allow Owner Operators to decide how and when to work. We understand that you are running your own business, and we are here to help you maintain it.
You will operate Dry Van, Flatbed, and Refrigerated trailers on Over-The-Road (OTR) routes. The role averages 1,500 to 3,500 miles per week with no driver load/unload or tarping responsibilities. You can expect to be out for 2 to 10 days, with a commitment to being home at least two weekends per month, though you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you choose.
Hiring Process
We offer a paid orientation to get you started. During this time, accommodation is covered, and drivers are provided with their own room. While meals are not included, we cover some or all travel expenses to ensure a smooth transition.
