Harpers Puts Priority on Our Lease Purchase Drivers
We make it easy to get started. Our program is designed for Owner Operators seeking 100% refrigerated freight with an expansive customer network that avoids brokered freight. You will have a dedicated fleet manager to keep you loaded and access to pre-loaded trailers. We offer 2023–2026 model trucks, all automatics, and the option to use customer trailers with no rental fee.
Program Details and Support
Our lease purchase program features leases ranging from 3 to 4 years with a 100% walk-away option and no hidden fees—all costs are upfront. There is no down payment, no interest, and no credit check required, with only a $1 balloon payment at the end. Drivers benefit from a manufacturer warranty on the truck and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs. We provide terminal locations in all major markets, big fuel discounts up to $1 off per gallon, and a 24-hour support system with 24/7 dispatch.
Hiring Process
All driver records will be reviewed individually. We are looking for drivers with a current CDL-A license, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and OTR experience. Candidates must have no more than 3 moving violations and 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
