From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable freight, Anderson Trucking Service is here to support you. We provide access to a wide variety of lanes and freight options, ensuring you have the flexibility to maximize your earnings.

Earning Potential

We believe in rewarding hard work and consistency. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. Our top performers demonstrate the earning power available in this role: the top 50% earn a gross of $4,450 weekly, while the top 20% earn a gross of $5,600 weekly.

Lease Terms and Support

We offer flexible one, two, and three-year lease purchase options with no money down and no credit check required. Drivers operate 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. To reduce early operational friction, there are no fixed expenses for the first two weeks.

We provide comprehensive support including fuel discounts, plate and trailer usage fees, and access to a legal plan. Contractors earn a fuel surcharge based on DOE diesel prices and receive 100% of our fuel discounts. At the end of your lease, purchase options are available. Additionally, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a completion bonus of $8,000 for two-year leases ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two).
