About the Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers crave the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. Our program is designed to give you that autonomy while providing the support you need to live the lifestyle you want.

From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding freight that maximizes your earnings, we are here to support you. We offer access to a wide variety of lanes and plenty of freight, allowing you to pick what works best for your business and your life.

The Support You Need

We provide a comprehensive support system to help you succeed as an independent operator. This includes access to modern equipment, including 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks, with no money down and no credit check required. We also offer flexible lease purchase options ranging from one to three years, with purchase options available at the end of the term.

Earning Potential

Our compensation model is built to reward high performance. Drivers who average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks earn an extra 5% of their income. Top performers in the top 50% earn a gross of $4,300 weekly, while the top 20% earn a gross of $5,400 weekly. Additionally, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a completion bonus of $8,000 for those who complete a two-year lease.

Application Instructions

To apply, candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL driver's license. You must have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, meet all DOT requirements, and possess a stable, verifiable work history with an acceptable driving record.
