CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

About the Position

Schneider is seeking a dedicated flatbed truck driver to support our PODS account in Oklahoma City, OK. This role focuses on hauling containers on flatbed trailers, specifically strapping and securing PODS containers for transport. Drivers will operate within all 48 states, typically completing 2-4 loads per week with 2-7 stop-offs per load.

Pay and Benefits Overview

Drivers receive competitive weekly pay, averaging $1,260-$1,540, which includes mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty but not driving. Additional compensation opportunities include weekly performance pay and an annual bonus of up to 2% of gross pay. Experienced drivers may qualify for a $3,000 sign-on bonus, while inexperienced drivers may qualify for a $1,500 sign-on bonus, both paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.

Beyond pay, the role includes paid orientation, paid time off after six months, and six days of holiday pay annually.
