About the Role
As an End Dump Truck Driver, you will be the backbone of our operations, moving freight efficiently with a focus on fast turnarounds. Your day involves dropping freight on-site and moving straight to the next load, ensuring minimal delays and maximum revenue. This role is designed for drivers who want to earn based on performance, with a pay structure that rewards how quickly and safely you run your route.
We offer a predictable rhythm where most drivers are home weekly, with some weekends, allowing you to maintain strong earning weeks without living on the road. To help you get started, we provide $1,250 in paid training for your first week, ensuring you onboard confidently and get rolling the right way.
