About the Role
As a CDL A Driver Trainee, you will work alongside experienced drivers to learn safe tractor-trailer operation, DOT and company safety standards, route planning, and customer delivery procedures. This role is designed to support your training toward full CDL A Driver status while you assist with loading and unloading, complete necessary inspections and logs, and help support on-time deliveries. You will operate tractors and trailers safely under supervision, following all safety, compliance, and company operating procedures while working closely with trainers, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
