About the Role

As a CDL A Driver, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of goods to our extensive customer base. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in their driving expertise and wish to contribute directly to McLane's reputation through dedication and skill. You will manage routes and routines to proceed in the most efficient way possible, ensuring timely transport to predetermined customers.

Your day-to-day involves more than just driving; you will review orders prior to delivery, handle documentation regarding cargo deliveries with accuracy, and assist in the safe loading and unloading of cargo. You will be the guardian of our safety standards, conducting vehicle inspections before and after each route and maintaining strict compliance with DOT regulations through electronic or manual logging systems. Whether navigating unexpected traffic, weather conditions, or other road challenges, your ability to handle situations calmly and effectively ensures the integrity of our supply chain.

Hiring Process
