About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be one of the most important faces of our organization, serving as the critical link between our distribution centers and our customers. You will deliver a wide variety of products including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to customer drop-off sites. Your efforts form the foundation of our success, defining our cultural beliefs and work ethic through the delivery of best-in-class customer service.

This role is designed for those who relish the chance to push their potential. You will build trusting relationships with customers, ensuring orders are delivered on time and productivity is maintained. The position requires frequent stops and the ability to perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds, often in inclement weather conditions. Whether verifying deliveries or collecting payments, you will be an essential part of the team that keeps our operations running smoothly.

We offer a schedule that allows you to be home every night with local routes, working Monday through Friday. We are committed to providing a stable career with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week, paid training, and paid overtime. Our compensation philosophy respects and rewards dedication, offering a starting pay of $25.65 per hour during the training period, followed by a component pay program. Benefits start on day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase plans, life insurance, and paid parental leave.
