About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be one of the most important faces of our organization. You are critical to the US FOODS® team, serving as the foundation of our success through your work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. In this role, you will deliver a wide variety of products—including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies—to customer drop-off sites.

Your efforts go beyond simply moving goods; you will build trusting relationships with customers by delivering best-in-class service, meeting scheduled delivery times, and maintaining productivity. Whether navigating inclement weather or making frequent stops, you will verify deliveries, collect payments where needed, and unload products using a hand truck. Great drivers on our team strive for integrity and reliability, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core cultural beliefs.

Registering to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is a mandatory requirement by the Department of Transportation for all truck drivers. This secure online database provides real-time information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for commercial driver's license (CDL) and commercial learner's permit (CLP) holders. All applicants must visit the Clearinghouse website, register to the new database, and log in.
