About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those seeking a career built to last. This role is more than just driving; it is about partnering with a team that values your longevity. You will enjoy top-tier miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry—resulting in less downtime and more time on the road earning.\n Drivers in this position operate outstanding, late-model equipment, including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks with an average age of just 1.9 years. All reefer trucks are equipped with APUs, and the fleet utilizes Samsara communication technology. The role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and a supportive environment where you can focus on your career without the distraction of equipment issues.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one. We offer a driver referral program where current team members can earn $1,000 for each new driver hired.
