About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs. This role is designed for drivers who value a career built to last with a company that has been here 55+ years. You will enjoy higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and top-tier miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles—the longest in the industry with less downtime.

When you drive for Freymiller, you are backed by outstanding, late-model equipment (average age 1.9 years) including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication systems. Our driver facilities reflect our family atmosphere, featuring open-door policies, free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A and a minimum of 6 months of experience. We offer a paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
