About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging just 1.9 years old) on top-tier miles, with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles to minimize downtime.

You will be part of a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, enjoying access to driver facilities that include free Wi-Fi, a theater-style seating area, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also support your life outside the cab with generous rider and pet policies (including no dog breed restrictions) and a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
