We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth equipment (averaging just 1.9 years old) on top-tier miles, with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles to minimize downtime.
The day-to-day experience is defined by a family atmosphere and an open-door policy. Drivers enjoy outstanding equipment equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication tools, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and a minimum of 6 months of experience. The onboarding process includes paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
