About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who want a career built to last. This role offers more than just competitive pay; it provides the stability of a company with decades of success. Drivers will enjoy top-tier miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more time on the road earning.
You will drive late-model Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks (averaging just 1.9 years old) equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication systems. The role is supported by a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, ensuring you have the resources and respect needed to succeed. Whether you are a new hire or a seasoned veteran, you will find a supportive environment that values your contribution.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. We offer a paid orientation and paid practical route miles to ensure you are set up for success from day one.
