About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those seeking a career built to last. This role is defined by the stability of a 55+ year legacy, offering higher starting pay based on experience and reliable home time. Drivers will operate top-tier, late-model equipment (average age 1.9 years) including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs and Samsara communication systems.
The day-to-day involves managing long-haul routes with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring minimal downtime. Beyond the road, you will be part of a family atmosphere with an open-door policy, supported by comprehensive benefits including paid orientation, paid practical route miles, and multiple stops pay. We also offer unique perks such as a driver referral program, a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their homes, and access to driver facilities featuring free Wi-Fi, exercise rooms, and video game rooms.
Hiring Process
