About the Role
We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those who value stability and top-tier earnings. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of industry success.
As a Freymiller driver, you will operate late-model equipment (average age 1.9 years) including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs, Transflo, and Samsara communication systems. You can expect top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and maximum earning potential. The role includes paid orientation, paid practical route miles, multiple stops pay, and guaranteed detention, layover, and breakdown pay.
Our driver facilities are designed with a family atmosphere and an open-door policy, featuring free Wi-Fi, theater-style seating, an exercise room, and a video game room. We also support your life outside the truck with policies for riders and pets (no dog breed restrictions) and a partnership with Home Creations to help drivers own their own homes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience. We invite you to learn more about our new pay increases and how much more you can make with us.
