About the Role

We are hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) runs designed for those seeking a career built to last. This role offers higher starting pay based on experience, reliable home time, and the kind of support that only comes from decades of success. Drivers will operate top-tier, late-model equipment (average age 1.9 years) including Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks equipped with APUs and Samsara communication systems.

You will enjoy top miles with an average length of haul of 1,100 miles, ensuring less downtime and more earning potential. The role includes paid orientation, paid practical route miles, and multiple stops pay. We foster a family atmosphere with an open-door policy and provide comprehensive support, including guaranteed detention, layover, and breakdown pay.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
