About the Role

As a Company Driver (W2, Solo) specializing in Dry Van Over-The-Road (OTR) transport, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations. This role is designed for drivers who value consistency and comfort, offering an average of 2,800 to 3,200 miles per week with a total weekly average pay ranging from $1,300 to $1,700. A key differentiator of this position is that no driver load or unload is required, allowing you to focus entirely on the road.

Home Time & Lifestyle

We understand the importance of balance. While the standard schedule expects 12 days out, you have the flexibility to stay out longer if you prefer. Our home time policy rewards your dedication by granting 2 days of home time for every 12 days worked. Please note that while we strive for consistency, weekends at home are not guaranteed.

Hiring Process & Orientation

We make the transition to Woodfield seamless with a fully paid orientation program. This includes covered accommodation where drivers receive their own private room, included lunches, and assistance with travel expenses. The orientation process is flexible, conducted either partly or fully online to suit your schedule.
