About the Company
Xpress Cargo is a family-owned and operated transportation company founded by two brothers who immigrated to the United States from India in 1980. Our corporate headquarters is located in the crossroads of America in Indianapolis, Indiana.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to join our refrigerated line haul team. This is a solo, W2 position focused on regional dedicated routes. The role offers a consistent schedule with an average of 2,400 to 3,500 miles per week. Drivers will enjoy home time every weekend, with a standard rotation of 5 to 6 days out followed by 2 days at home. While the expected schedule is 5-6 days out, drivers have the flexibility to stay out longer if they choose.
Hiring Process
