Hiring Process

Qualified applicants must possess a current Interstate Commercial Driver's License (Class A) and have at least 6 months of recent CDL-A experience with one carrier after completing training. All candidates are subject to a background check. Marten will make an individualized assessment of whether your conviction history has a direct or adverse relationship with the specific duties of the job, considering mitigating factors such as the recency of the offense and evidence of rehabilitation, in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, the California Fair Chance Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
