About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We have optimized our operations so that 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, eliminating the need for slip seats and reducing time spent on the road. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, maintained by top-notch mechanics to ensure they are always in top running order. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, you will spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them.
Hiring Process
We are looking for drivers with a solid work history who are ready to join our team. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid CDL-A license and physical.
- Have at least 12 months of driving experience.
- Pass an agility test, demonstrating the ability to lift/carry 100 lb. tarps and climb.
- Pass a urine drug screen.
- Maintain a clean driving record for the past 5 years (no DUI/DW, reckless driving, careless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions).
