About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. Our operation is designed to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, meaning you spend less time waiting and more time delivering. We do not utilize slip seats, and our fleet features new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines. With a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, our top-notch mechanics ensure your vehicle is always in top running order.

Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being at least 21 years old with a valid CDL-A license and physical. Applicants must have at least 12 months of experience, a solid work history, and pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing). A urine drug screen is required, and candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years. Veterans are encouraged to apply, as our program is GI Bill approved.
