About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. Our operation is designed to maximize your time on the road: 60% of loads are preloaded and 45% are pre-tarped, with no hazmat and no trips to Canada. We maintain a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1, ensuring you spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them.
Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, updated annually. We do not use slip seats, and our trucks feature 1800W inverters and a starting cruise speed of 68 mph (potentially up to 75 mph). A top-notch team of knowledgeable mechanics keeps every vehicle in top running order.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including a minimum age of 21, a valid CDL-A license and physical, and at least 12 months of experience. Applicants must pass an agility test (lifting/carrying 100 lb. tarps and climbing), a urine drug screen, and demonstrate a solid work history. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or alcohol/drug convictions in the past five years.
