About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will primarily haul building products on regional or OTR lanes. We focus on efficiency and comfort: 60% of our loads are preloaded and 45% are pretarped, meaning you spend less time waiting and more time delivering. Our fleet consists of new Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks (T880s and W990s) equipped with Cummins power engines, featuring a trailer-to-truck ratio of over 2-to-1. We do not utilize slip seats, and our trucks are equipped with 1800W inverters and a cruise speed starting at 68 mph.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must meet specific criteria, including holding a CDL-A license and physical, having at least 12 months of experience, and passing an agility test to demonstrate the ability to lift and carry 100 lb. tarps and climb. A solid work history and a clean driving record (no DUI/DW, reckless driving, or drug convictions in the past five years) are required. Selected candidates must also pass a urine drug screen.
