About the Role
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Over-The-Road (OTR) team. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earnings through high mileage, offering a compensation structure where more miles directly translate to more pay. Drivers can expect to average 10,000 miles per month with annual earnings starting at $85,000.
Our Fleet and Equipment
We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe driving environment. Our fleet consists of 2023-2026 trucks equipped with modern amenities including EPU, refrigerators, and inverters. Safety is a priority, with all vehicles outfitted with outward and inward-facing cameras, crash mitigation systems, and adaptive cruise control. We also offer a passenger and pet policy to help you stay connected with family on the road.

Application Process
To apply, candidates must have at least twelve months of OTR truck driving experience within the past three years. The hiring process includes a paid orientation to get you started. Successful applicants will receive weekly direct deposit and access to a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance effective after 60 days of employment.
