About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded and Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point. This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities like leather seats, refrigerators, and entertainment systems to ensure comfort on the road.
Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for benefits like PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The schedule generally involves being out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM, plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. In addition to competitive earnings, our drivers enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, healthcare, an HSA, and a 401k. We also support drivers who wish to bring their pets, offering a refundable deposit program to facilitate travel with family.
Requirements
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience.
