As a Local Class A Floater, you will work at various dedicated accounts and shifts locally as needed. Your primary focus will be performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This role involves unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, as well as using scanners to track products during the unloading and delivery process.
You will drive late-model Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. The schedule is local with home daily, though dispatch times will vary depending on the specific work assignment. This position offers the opportunity to move to a new city as you advance your career, supported by tons of training opportunities available across our locations.
